The In Person class with Sarah was such an informative and tangible class! We had taken zoom classes, and this in person class made so much of a difference. We were able to see the actual equipment and procedures used at Michael Garron and learned some practical tips and strategies for pain management, especially birthing and labouring positions. This class also had the perfect balance of useful topics during labour, but also teaching you tangible skills once you take the baby home. If you are looking for an introduction to a wide range of topics, and are a hands on/tactile learner - this class is for you!

My partner and I really enjoyed the In Person class. Sarah was warm and engaging, and even though there was so much information to take in, the hands on format of the class (and Sarah!) made the information all very digestible. The live demonstrations and adjustments were invaluable. Being able to feed off of other participants' questions and comments was very helpful as well, and that's something we would not have had in a virtual class.

Sarah is so amazing and so knowledgeable! She has a great sense of humour and it is obvious she is a very experienced and passionate midwife. We loved her course because it was hands-on, she got us to practise certain things like pressure points during labour for birthing partners to know of, how to put baby in carseat, how to swaddle, how a baby makes its journey through the pelvis, and how to diaper! Highly recommend this course.

We found The In Person class helpful and would highly recommend it to other parents. Sarah is very experienced, knowledgeable, passionate and patient, and we learned a lot from her. We left the class feeling more comfortable, confident and better ready for baby's arrival.
