Include the courses you would like to take, the date of the course(s), when your due date is and who you are receiving pregnancy/birth care from i.e. midwifery clinic, OB or family doctor. Sarah will respond within a weeks time due to being an on call practice midwife. Once we have confirmed which class(es) you're taking and the cost you can send the payment through etransfer to sarahleslierm@gmail.com. After your payment is received we will send you a confirmation email for the class with all the details!
